LOGITECH GLOBAL LTD AND OCIMF TMSA

Logitech Global Ltd promoted the use of the OCIMF TANKER MANAGEMENT AND SELF
ASSESSMENT guide (TMSA) as best practice for owners and operators in the hydrocarbon
shipping market. Logitech Global Ltd used this tool as part of its vessel and owner assessment
process. The completed submission was used to compare an owner’s self-assessment with his
fleet profile revealed as a result of Logitech Global Ltd inspections, SIRE reports, and other
sources of information.

Operators of the vessels entering the Port were required to submit a TMSA and chose Logitech
Global Ltd as a recipient of the TMSA.
